Naval units are shit. This is my best attempt at making them good without building some obscene map that looks like the
middle of the Pacific Ocean or that one water planet from Interstellar. I hope players look at this map and think "I'm gonna
build a battleship" or "I think I need a sub".

The inspiration for this map is the Harbor tile and its unique ability to allow both land and sea units to cross them with the
hope that players will integrate both in their army. No doubt the number of harbors jumps out the moment you look at
this map and for good reason.Cities and harbors are almost exactly the same tile anyway because of how bad naval units
are in typical maps/games. I figured one way to make naval units not suck so bad is to allow you to build them extremely
forward and virtually anywhere - as if you had Hachi SCOP active at all times for naval units. TBD if this is enough to make
them not garbage

I also wanted to make sure the map isn't too choke pointy. One concern I have though is that if naval units are successfully
"balanced" by this map if it will end up being something like Grits wet dream of indirect combat. Also TBD.

The HQs are fairly exposed so hopefully chokepoints aren't too much of an issue.

The pipe seam in front of the airport needs to be destroyed by a battleship. You could destroy it with rockets but you're going
to have to base skip and moving in this map with clunky rockets is probably not ideal
