I think there are too many mountains overall (and on all fronts, too) so there is some stalling possibility here due to all that free vision IMO. Maybe remove some mountains to create more of a strong-/weak-side dynamic. Apart from that, the (15,20) base seems a bit weak (especially compared to the neutral one).
