Being able to lock the only 2 contested properties on the map with a rocket with only 1 move from the neutral base is a
problem in HF as if both players do it then there's little to fight for. Maybe replacing the silo tile next to the neutral base with a
plain ?
Weak side port is also extremely strong. Only air units can contest it and the airport is far away.
As it is, it feels like a generous A-rank
