Moved to B-rank as breaking the seam near the neutral base looks to be heavily incentivized since it allows you to easily attack the Com Tower and the opposing HQ. Breaking the seam also means that the preowned 2b base becomes arguably worse than the neutral one.

So overall I think gameplay variety is a bit lacking here as the 2b can't push properly when the seam is there, but can probably push too easily if it is broken.
