I think the funding is a bit low for an air and naval heavy map like this, with each country having 30 to 32k funds on average. Lots of ground to cover and not enough units to do so for a good while.

Still, interesting setup for a team game.

I like it but I also think that the funding is (at least slightly) too low for a map of this size which limits player options somewhat. Maybe you could give each player one or two more fast caps and add a few more cities around the map? That might help a lot.
