I think this map is painfully slow to develop on purpose, for players to suffer. You need multiple landers to send vehicles to at least 2 out of 3 or 4 fronts, and a black boat specifically for the airport. Battleships are oppressive here in the early game, while carriers can zone air units later on, since players don't have the option to attack them with subs due to a lack of connected ports. I think the most annoying part of this map is that until you capture your airport you only have incentive to funnel your funds into battleships. While I do like the shoals in the middle and how transports can use them effectively, I don't think they'll help with stagnation on the fronts. |

Really should think about CO choices on this map. Grit can lock the airport with a carrier and Sturm can get the central and side properties before the other player has even the slightest chance. Not really a good thing if the map is meant for high funds. |
