This was really fun to play on. My only comment is that the HQ may be slightly too exposed. It's not a trivially easy problem to
fix without changing the dynamics around the contested areas, but maybe even moving it a couple tiles towards the airport
would help.

changing HQ wouldn't fix the issue either, since it would just be a base trade/race instead
