Very stally. HQ too safe. Not enough contested properties for tie break. Lander can be a great blocker for early game. Copters very strong but balanced, you can delay Anti Air by one turn of a copter deployment so thats great.

I like it but it is very choky

arty boosting and those choke points near the comm areas make them very dominating. I didn't get to the point where i would've won (13,03), but the next course of action would probably be cutting off the reinforce line to HQ by controlling the area around (13,03) and then HQ cap. this seems to be the dominant strategy and can be done by both sides resulting in damage race into HQ rush. and they're very much encouraged to do just that because there's literally nothing to fight for in the center. i'd suggest opening up the center, this turns those central props to be possible to fight over, make actual front shifting happen, and while at the same time somewhat nerfing early to mid game arty from the airport side base

Enjoyable map with a lot of fighting over the ports/towers. However, I do think that P1 had a bit of an advantage with the vehicle order: the map is ABBA, but P1 can sneak a recon in between the B tanks without sacrificing vehicle order. It doesn't completely break the map, but if its possible to tweak the funding curve ever so slightly to avoid this I think it would be advisable. The benefit of BB tank chain is to muscle out the A tank so it can't get too much momentum, but a recon between the Bs gets a lot of momentum, especially on such a shoal-heavy map, since P2 has to choose between zoning the initial tank with their tank chain or responding to the recon.

Outside my nerdy build order nitpick, I like it a lot. Good brawling fun with some dynamic front shifts and a real decision over how to use the lander.

Made some slight adjustments to eliminate the 'free' Recon for P1. Now if P1 wants to build it, they only have 7k on the next turn instead of 8k.
