Tank order is ABBAA here. Apart from that, the middle looks a bit empty - perhaps a city could be added at (10,12) if it doesn't cause issues? |

I still got ABBAA tanks (I went for maximum greed on both players). So the city layout needs some edits to make it ABBA (maybe break some of the middle chains as a first step and/or experiment with preowned properties? I think the latter option could have some merit on a map like this to get the game going quicker). EDIT: Upped to A after changes |
