For FoW.
The subs act both as predeployed vision and funding adjustment. The piperunners provide vision, prevent early RPS by zoning
early aggro attempts and also block the ports so that a player can choose to delete them to create cruisers later on to remove
the subs and capture the ports.

Made a few changes to make killing sub a more attractive option.

It's a bit weird to say for a Mixed Base Fog map, but I feel like this has too much vision with the Subs and the mountains - it's almost like you're not playing Fog as soon as a few Infs are sitting on the mountains. However, you cannot see what the opponent is building in the corner bases so there still is some RPS imo (which is not helped by the accelerated funding either as it opens up more unit options), but at least the sub spies force vehicles to move towards the center if they want to stay hidden for longer.

Removing the Subs is not viable unless you're winning anyway imo - if they dive, you have to build a Cruiser for 18k and the Subs still take like 2-3 turns to die after that. The problem is that they sit on harbors I guess - I know it's required for the setup but it also means they will never run out of fuel on their own and there are less options to deal with them as a result.

Frontswitching opportunities also look a bit limited overall.
