New 4P FFA map! Hopefully FTA fix works, but I will update if too much of a change.

I would suggest banning Global Damage COs and Javier. You'll probably get more fun out of lower Tier COs, but play what
you want!

Please give feed back on incentives for other routes of attack/places to try and capture like islands and center! If anything
seems too broken or needs more I will add it!
