Tweaks to fta and starting income because it was bothering me. Think this is more correct than before.

I think it's very feasible for P2 to baseskip on day 5 for BABA tanks since they have plenty of Infantry at that point already. It might help if the income was sped up a bit (because then it would probably be easier to make early baseskips unfeasible and the Infantry numbers would be reduced as well).
