Recommended settings:

Fog: ON
Income: 1000-1500. 1500 is better for early-mid game. 1000 is better for the late game after multiple player resignations.
Banned Units: Black bombs, optionally stealth
Banned COs: Mass Damage
T0 CO balance is quite wacky, I'd recommend T3 + Sami
Unit limit: 100
Diplomacy: Allowed
