OS cannot afford a tank on day 7 without baseskipping (only 8000 gold in the bank) whereas BH doesn't have that issue. I think that should be fixed if either the (02,06) or the (12,16) city are moved closer to the bases so that they can be reached one turn earlier with Infantry. You could also add an extra city at the right distance to the bases instead ofc.

Looks interesting otherwise.


EDIT: Upping this to A-rank since it's unclear how much the tank thing actually matters in Fog since it only comes into play if both players build Infs+Tanks and nothing else (which is not very likely in Fog). Leaving the map in Under Review though to get more data on if this actually affects balance.
EDIT2: Removed 'Under Review' since the map seems fine.

Yes, Sonja should even be able to win against Koal here, which is a huge triumph for us Sonja fans.
