The locked airports are a neat gimmick, but given you need a port to start, they are heavily biased to some players.
Or they'll simply won't come into play.
Given you need at minimum a lander, arty and infantry, it's also going to be a challenge to scrounge up the funds.

- Green will either bumrush the north port or have it continually denied by orange/blue.
- Black will try and do the same but it's too close between them to flip either way.
- Amber should be able to get their port, but with Red having nothing to do, they'll be too busy defending to go on the
sidequest.
- Yellow probably has the easiest path, but Purple can lock their capture attempt, and the one tile shoal can be blocked by
pink/azure's fighting.

Even then, airports don't make a game.
There's also a lot of bases that can be rocket locked, but I suppose that just adds strategic value.

Yeah. I was trying to create a map with wider strategic scope and a sort of "tech tree" that players who invest some time can
start to unlock. At the same time, that's going to create huge balance issues. As of now, my plan is to run a whole bunch of
games, and see where the points of unbalance are, what countries tend to be over or underpowered, and then make
adjustments.

FYI this is an older version of the map, probably less balanced / less polished overall. The current version as of this writing is:

I do expect even the current version to still have balance issues. Once the games on it have progressed far enough, I'll look at
the progress and make an updated version that steps a little bit towards being roughly balanced, but it'll still have issues I am
sure. Once the impact of the balance issues drops below the normal level of chaos of playing in a big FFA game, I'll probably
call it good and move on, but I have no idea how long that will take.
