Bad FTA, P1 can get first Recon with P2 having to wait 2 turns for a tank (P1 only has to wait 1 turn) P1 can also get the first
tank, the tank order is ABAB though. Another issue is P1 can start capping (01,11) and (23,13) with P2 having to interrupt if
both players go for the fastest income. Because of BB placement P1 can get to the triple chain in the middle first.
