The defensive port next to the 1b is a bit too good to control the center with battleship and/or carrier. It's covered by the predeployed missile, no opposing naval unit can come contest it so only ground units can be used realistically and that's a recipe for stall since the defender outrange the attacker. It makes cracking the 1b side incredibly costly if you don't have an overwhelming advantage already, it makes the center cities basically impossible to flip It also makes frontshifts impossible. I would suggest swapping it with the city behind the mountain and next to the beach path so that battleships deployed from there still cover the two cities but not the 2 central ones for which you would need to move before covering it. Swapping the port that way would also maintain a battleship range at the edge of the com tower therefore maintaining the need for ground units to defend it. Otherwise enjoyable and pretty map |
