Neat, but I think there is too much free vision overall (so the map might stall). Maybe remove one Sub pair and/or replace one (the outer pair) with Cruisers? The Missiles are interesting so they should stay IMO.

spies in fog are unfun and ruins the whole point of fog. if vision is freely granted, then just play standard
