Why the heck does PL start with an airport and the others do not!?
And why does BH have a port at the bottom of the map and not at the top, like the others?
And - by the way - haven't heard anything of comtowers?? O_o

Yeah, this map is terrible. Ignoring everything wrong with it about chokepoints and the
fact that being Javier would instantly mean victory, it's off centre and BH has less room,
making BH's area even chokepointey. PL, however, gets a random airport, which nobody else
gets.
