I got ABAB tanks here. Also I think the preowned corner cities may create TA (at least in some scenarios) since it looks quite inconvenient for the 1b1a to prevent the flips.

The funding curve advantages P1 a bit I think (as they can get an Arty or - with a baseskip - an extra tank in-between P2's tank for ABaBA vehicle order).
