Looks a bit prone to stalling to me - if both players move to grab the middle chains as early as they feasibly can without losing out on income, there aren't a lot of contested properties left. The map basically turns into an HQ race then. So I think the middle could use a redesign and maybe the BBoat gimmick should be changed/removed so that the middle is more contested.
