Seems decent, though I think the airport is too strong. I'd put it more out of the way (swap it with the city behind the HQ maybe?) to nerf BCopters. B-ranking for now.

The concept of forcing one side to go around an inconvenient terrain to go to an area but doing so is very exposed and
dangerous to create a "troll toll" is interesting but as it is, there's not much you can do to prevent your opponent from simply
walking forward and straight up taking it. The game becomes who can walk forward first and wall off the path between the 1b
and the HQ while sparing enough money for an AA. That's not not very healthy gameplay imo

The pair of contested properties and contested com towers however are well designed. I would suggest either create a
backward path from the 1b to the HQ so that defending is at least doable even if taking the backward path is not desirable OR
moving the HQ somewhere more centralized so that it can be accessed by ground units and increasing the number of
properties that are flippable in the corner to punish the players chickening out from the troll toll by making them lose
significant income.

I think all of these problems are quite fixable - moving it to B-rank for now though.
