Looks to me like this one lacks contested properties - that's at least partly due to the BBoat (it allows you to grab several of the corner properties early). Also, the terrain allows tanks to sit on several cities (particularly the 10,13 one) and the HQ unpunished and lets them defend a lot of ground from there. So overall I think there is some risk of stalling here.
