The year is 223 AD, the Three Kingdoms Period in China. Liu Bei, founder of Shu Han Empire, is dead, his heir Liu Shan is
young and inexperienced. Sensing opportunity, Yong Kai, an official from Nanzhong, betrays Shu Han by seizing Jianning
and pledges alliegiance to Sun Quan of Wu, who appoints him to seize the commandery of Yongchang. However, he fails to
do so due to heroic resistance of Shu Han officials and common people of Yongchang, and decides to turn to the local
natives for help, succesfully persuading widely respected King Meng Huo to rise in rebelion. In the following two years, chief
of Sou tribe Gao Ding, and the administrator of Zangke Zhu Bao, also joined Yong Kai's rebelion.

Shu Han, however, does not sleep. While young emperor Liu Shan lacks experience, the same cannot be said about the
man he put absolute trust into- Prime Minister Zhuge Liang, "Kongming". Pursuing a policy of promoting internal stability
before turning against the traitorous Cao Wei, Zhuge Liang sends diplomats to persuade Sun Quan to become allies, and
leaving valiant Ma Chao in defense of Shu Han northern border, turns his attention to the chaotic developments in the
south, as he personally leads an army to quell Yong Kai's rebelion and subjugate "Nanman" so that they do not rebel again.

But King Meng Huo is no mere puppet. He sees that Yong Kai is no better than the Han, and seeks to rally people of the
south to rise up and overthrow the hold Han China holds over his ancestral lands. To achieve freedom for his people, he
shall fight against both Zhuge Liang, as well as Yong Kai.

The year is now 225 AD. Stage is set for a three-way conflict, time for the War of Pacification in Nanzhong to begin.

Rules:
- Standard weather, no teams, fog of war enabled. No unit limit, but a day limit of 50 and capture limit of 70
- Recommended: half funds (500 per property per turn)
- No teaming up to "win as alliance", map is for 1v1v1 play only. Agreeing to cooperate to prevent the third player from
winning is still legal, of course.
- Units behind pipelines cannot be attacked from the outside, and units cannot move behind pipelines, but units can move
and attack from behind the pipelines to the map.
- Unit bans: All non-transport naval units, all air units except fighters, blackboats, rockets, neotanks (Starting neotanks under
Brown Desert are elephantry units, and cannot be replaced once lost), megatanks
- Lab units: Fighters ("Spies/diplomats", see below), transports, medium tanks ("Heavy cavalry"), tanks ("Light cavalry"),
recons ("Scout cavalry")
- Fighters are spies/diplomats, which can be used for vision, fighting other fighters, blocking enemy movement, blocking
enemy bases, etc. Antiair units represent officials sent to combat enemy spies. Note that Shu Han starts with a "diplomat" in
behind-pipelines section of Amber Blaze. This is because that section represents kingdom of Wu, which on one hand
support Yong Kai's rebellion, and on the other hand is receptive to Zhuge Liang's offer of alliance against Cao Wei. To
represent this in-game, Jade Sun can recruit fighters to slow down or stop Amber Blaze player from capturing properties in
that section, and on the other hand Amber Blaze must recruit fighters there to move forward (persuade Sun Quan to send
continue supporting the rebels)
- COs: Either as you choose (With global-damage COs banned), or Shu Han (Jade Sun) as Eagle, Meng Huo (Brown
Desert) as Lash, and pro-wu rebels (Amber Blaze) as Sonja

Tested with all 3 factions and slightly modified whenever I thought there was a significant issue. Overall seems fair now,
although Amber Blaze is most challenging to play due to being almost guaranteed to lose both western bases early, and having
to invest in getting two additional bases in the east
