Looks rather stall-prone to me. If the players decide to handshake a few properties, there aren't a lot of contestable ones left. The fact that a lot of the contested properties have low-def terrain around them kinda pushes players into handshaking. Pushing on the strong side is somewhat delayed since the airports (and thus the B-Copters) are very strong; the Copters come out at the perfect time, too, to kill any push the opponent's strong side might have going unless they build a preemptive AA. Also, Copters can easily frontshift, partly due to the flat frontline, so each player likely needs an AA on each front sooner or later anyway which also delays the game somewhat. I think if played 'correctly' (pressure airport early / don't handshake properties) this one can maybe work, but I'm sceptical otherwise. EDIT: Re-Newed after changes |
