Weird, but I kinda like it. It's unclear to me if all the preowned extra properties cause balance issues, though the map is on the slower side overall and both players likely need a few Recons before they can mount an offensive anyway. So maybe it's not a big deal.

I'll A-rank it for now though since it's interesting, but we'll have to see if it's actually balanced.
