Standard, ABBA, 20k income split

Note: Sami p2 day 1 base skip APC HQ cheese is stoppable by p1 sending first inf to HQ (ignoring neutral base), building recon as immediate response to APC, and most COs also need to capture the comtower to not rely on luck rolls.

Sami p1 day 2 APC is stoppable by p2 in the same way, but p2 can capture their neutral base with the first infantry and still be on time
