Plays a bit slow IMO, also it doesn't look like there are a lot of contested properties.

2nd review: It's faster now (which is good) but I think there aren't a lot of contested properties since most of the cities look to be favored towards one player initially. The terrain encourages city-sitting with tanks quite a bit, too, since several of the cities have low-def terrain around them - so trying to flip one of them requires some buildup of troops which slows the gameplay down a bit IMO (you need at least 2 tanks + an Inf to place on the city).

I think at least the (04,06) and (04,09) cities could use some heavier terrain around them to support more aggressive tactics and maybe a few cities could be moved closer towards the frontline as well (as long as they don't create unwanted chains).

Overall I think B-rank is still alright for this, though it's better than before - and it could be A-rank material with some minor edits.

Moved to B-rank due to TA with the center properties (the first Inf to arrive in the vicinity - which should be P2's - gets to choose which one to cap and there aren't any good tiles to immediately attack the capping Inf from with the opponent Inf that arrives 2nd). The center cities could be spaced further apart to fix that.
