The FTA counter is wrong. On a 3b std/fog map, you want one base on the 2b side to be neutral and have the FTA counter Inf on the nearest preowned base so it can go capture the neutral base.

With your setup, P1 is ahead on two out of three bases from the start so there is clear FTA.
