Not a perfectly balanced map, but THE perfectly balanced map.

Unfortunately, the left 2 columns of the map were cut off, so I added some asymmetries to compensate.
All terrain asymmetries (except the pipeseam by the airport) are marked by silo tiles for convenience.

Suggested rules:
- standard funds, tags, all COs allowed.
- One player (the challenger) picks player slot + first CO, then second player picks both COs, then first player picks last CO.
(Tell each other your CO choices as you pick, so counterpicking is possible)

A handicap can be applied to one of the players by either requiring the first player to pick both COs initially, or allowing them
to pick both COs last.

Note: mirror-picking is allowed (but probably not recommended since certain CO combos prefer the p1/p2 slot).

List of player 1 advantages:
- p1 gets 1k extra funds compared to a normal FTA counter
- p1's starting inf is accelerated by one turn for no good reason
- p1 has an extra neutral city available on the right side
- p1's airport is not blocked by a pipeseam
- p1 has a head start on the 1 hp infantry HQ race

List of player 2 advantages:
- p2 is ahead on the more valuable front (more captures available + closer to the center
- on the same front, p2's vehicles are not slowed down by an extra forest
- p2 is closer to an extra comm tower in the center of the map
- p2's left-side airport is not missile-locked
- there's an extra p1 island HQ on the right side of the map (p2 just has a city)
- p2's one hp infantry can react to p1's first move (fire missile silo if p1 goes straight for HQ, or save it and have a head start
on the HQ race)

If only the league maps were this peak and not the same old 2b vs 1b,1a

I love the asymmetrical Balance
