The capture phase isn't that varied imo, at least for the 1b, since you have to grab (01,09) and (04,07) ASAP or you're probably not getting them.

The center looks like it has TA since whoever gets an Inf on (10,08) first (from (12,09)) can choose which city to cap and get attacked from shoals only. Though ig you have to send an Inf into the center from the 1b first to use that TA which is not necessarily what you want to do.

It does look like you should build up units on the 2b side and steamroll the 1b (or get the HQ?) once the time is right, making this a bit of a forced damage race on the sides as the 1b is rather weak and the far-away back caps make it weaker still.

I'm also not sure if the center airports are very enticing because even if you build an Arty, you could rather use it to attempt a lock on the 1b or the HQ which seems more preferable than unlocking the extra airport. Building a BBoat on the 1b side doesn't look very good.
