OS - United States
GE - Canada
PL - Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden
BM - Russia

This map is intended to be played with the weather set to Snow and with Fog of War. High Funds is also recommended. This map isn't intended to be played with CO powers. The shoals in the center represent the polar ice cap. Think of the battleships less as battleships and more as missile carriers for the purposes of this map.
