If you do not skip cities at the beginning the FTA counter should be as follows after the third turn:

12k money advantage, 3 infantry (units) advantage alternating for both player

It is possible to place a rocket on the lab in order to shoot into the enemy base, I gonna fix that
so that even grit can't do that, by adjusting the lab placement
