edits:
- added second comtower in place of second lab that was in the middle (and flipped
position with the city)
- added a neutral lab at the sides -- a position where units usually don't really move to
- replaced 2 cruisers with a pipe seam and a cruiser (area by the loaded missile silo). 2
cruisers was 2 much charge generated for the other player
- moved P2's missile a turn ahead, as it would be TA for P1 otherwise
