I think this could use some redesigning of the frontline - right now it looks like players will be mostly fighting over the Com Towers and whoever flips the opponent's tower first probably wins. There aren't a lot of other potential objectives - the labs are a bit too far away from the action to really come under threat I think, so it might be a good idea to move them forward a bit. Maybe the frontline should also have a city chain to not make the Com Tower the clear #1 most valuable objective. Some of the sea/river tiles around (19,11) could also be removed as creating a barrier there just means that there's no reason for the 2b to take the the (20,10) route since securing the Com Tower is preferable.

On the 2b side, the preowned base is also worse than the neutral one - not strictly worse thanks to the Lander, but all the forests around that base make it a bit unfeasible to build vehicles from there most of the time. So that could be looked into as well.

Overall I could see this being an interesting map with some further edits.

Moved to B-rank as I think the airport is a bit too flexible here since getting Copters into the center is quite easy. If someone starts making a Copter chain (usually P2), the other player pretty much has to build 2 AAs (one per front because they don't know where the Copters are going) - because a Copter chain of their own will be one turn slower and get zoned out by the opponent's Copters.

My suggestion would be to nerf the airport with some pipes and edit the terrain a bit to preserve Lander utility - 10,19/10,18/11,18 might be a good starting point for pipe positions although maybe more pipes are required to weaken Copters sufficiently. Alternatively the airport could be moved to 20,17 although it needs to be checked if the capture can be interrupted with an early Recon (maybe some road tiles would have to be removed to nerf the Recon).
