Other points to consider: Snow irrelevant so Olaf worse. Jess gets little value from refueling. Rachel slightly better due to being able to leverage her D2D more. No forests so Sonja gets worse value from her powers. We'll see how the meta plays out |

The tier list applies for stealths banned, black bombs banned, 1k income per property, no unit limit, no day limit, not live timer (esp for sensei/hachi) |

Lash seeming kinda sussy above all other COs. Hawke & Eagle beat her probably. I doubt VB beats her tho! Other than that and the already listed COs, assume HF tier list is accurate I guess! |
