2vs2 version of Looming Threat; Link: https://awbw.amarriner.com/prevmaps.php?maps_id=163134

Teams: Orange Star & Pink Cosmos VS Black Hole & Grey Sky for ABBA turn order.
Probably works best with 1.5k funds per property?

Moved to B-rank as the Arty gimmick can cause CO imbalance between the two teams. The most egregious example is Sami who should probably be banned.

(Quoted from Christiaan: "There might be some slight ABBA benefit on the Looming Threat map, Team B needs the 1st B to be Sami in order to cap the arti properties regardless and the 2nd can be anything but team A needs the 1st A to be Sami to do the same. Then in the way ABBA works team A ends up with any CO and then Sami and team B ends up with Sami and then any CO. That can be crucial if that any CO is an attacking CO that can clear stuff for Sami to capture.")

I tried to fix the Arty gimmick for 2vs2 gameplay but I currently don't think it's possible as any change creates other (potential) problems.

Also nerfed a possible Rocketlock that might be problematic with the higher funding and slower center bases.

Thanks to Christiaan for the feedback on both issues.

Swapped some player positions around based on feedback from Christiaan and あ熊 (andykuma) - thanks again to both of them.

The aim here is to not give one of the teams an advantage due to turn/CO order. Specifically, if the teams wanted a certain CO order on the old version - for example, Kindle to clear properties and after that Sami to cap them -, team B could pick Kindle as P2 and Sami as P3 whereas team A would have had to pick Kindle as P4 and Sami as P1 which could lead to some imbalance with the old player positions. This new version hopefully fixes that issue.

Moved the map back to New to see if it works better now.
