I think this needs heavier terrain around at least some of the cities on / near the frontline to allow for more attacking opportunities. I'd argue that this map might be slightly more stally than the original right now as it's quite hard to achieve unit superiority anywhere and the the terrain doesn't really allow playing aggressively without that.
