Untagged this one as transport COs like Sami and Drake can actually get the neutral base first as P1 and get it one turn quicker as P2 - but the main problem is that the setup doesn't always counteract FTA. |

For the life of me i think i was remembering landers as having 5 movement. Anyway, i removed one shoal tile. That should fix it as now the next shoal tiles is 8 spaces away. |

Map not mirrored, there is a forest missing near P2 sub, next to the mountain. I would consider reducing the ammount of side forests and maybe add an airport since as it is arty+tanks are way too prominent, also middle citys, both are 2 tank turns away from closest base, so if one player gets both is quite easy to defend. |
