Rules:
- Win with Orange Star
- Blue Moon is Lash, and does nothing on her turn except move to capture your HQ with the northern infantry, moving as far
as possible every turn. She does not use CO powers, attack units, move other units, explode her bombs, or build units.
- You can pick whatever CO you think will help
- The intended solution does not rely on luck rolls

Extra challenge:
- Complete with 2 different COs

Extreme:
- Complete with 4 different COs

For convenience:
- You start with 3k income.
