Rules:
- Win with Orange Star
- Blue Moon is Adder, and does nothing on his turn except capture your HQ with the infantry. He does not use CO
powers, attack units, or move other units.
- You can pick whatever CO you think will help
- The intended solution does not rely on luck rolls


For convenience:
- You start with 2k income and 2 com towers.
