I think having the APCs at 4 HP is problematic as Infantry (especially Sami/Grimm Infantry) have a chance to clear them in 2 attacks instead of 3. Maybe you could look into swapping the city units for lower-HP tanks/AAs to dissuade players from Infantry attack gambling (and buff Mechs even further). EDIT: Re-Newed after changes |
