Not a fan of all the pipes - since 2 out of 4 fronts don't have a lot of properties to fight over, I don't think it's good if these 2 fronts are harder to frontshift to/from as well.

Made the pipes much shorter moved the bases towards the corners and adjusted the cities to make more contestable
