This map is an approximation of the Siege of Sarajevo starting in May, 1992. Due to the fact I don't know how to model humanitarian aid or create an accurate representation of their actions here, UNPROFOR and IFOR are not represented here. To compensate for this, Sarajevo International Airport starts under Bosnian control. The black boats in harbors are gates to control access to the teleport tiles. After 80 days, AR will capture GE's HQ. GE must capture AR's HQ before then to win.

PLAY WITH NO CO POWERS!!!
Banned: Medium Tanks, Piperunners, Neotanks, Stealths, Black Bombs, Megatanks, B-Copters, T-Copters (The stealths NE/NATO starts with are the only ones they get.)
Lab: Artillery, Tanks, AAs, Missiles, Rockets
Funds: 500
Weather: Clear
Fog: On

Team A:
GE: Yugoslav Ground Forces/Republika Srpska Army
Their bases are placed on the major roads here. The exception is the group of three bases at (22, 33), representing the Lukavica Army Barracks.

Team B:
AR: Bosnian Army/Croatian Defence Council/Croatian Defence Forces
Their bases are distributed throughout the region to represent the recruitment of irregulars. However, the group of three bases at (29, 20) represents the Marshal Tito Army Barracks. The bases at (10, 35) represent Sarajevo International Airport.
NE: NATO
After the three pipe seams are opened, NATO air power can start attacking the Serbs. The ghosted airports are intended to be quick access refueling (no need to go through the three pipe seam tiles). The black boats represent NATO tanker aircraft.

UPDATE:
The APCs have all been replaced by airports for NE. More properties have been added for them too. The teleport tiles on the right side have been pushed forwards to one of the ridges. Black boats have been added to represent fuel tanker aircraft. Teleport tile has been added at (16, 44). GE now starts with 3 bases in the northern cluster (originally was 1).

UPDATE 2:
NE properties have been removed, as well as many airports. One of the black boat sets was moved north to enable operations in that area, while the other was placed more towards the center of the original locations. GE now starts with a missile in the southeast to counter NATO air power. A way to get a 2nd com-tower is now available for GE. More teleport tiles added to GE's southern approach.

Oh damn, I remember reading a guy's account being trapped in the city.

Comment changed to reflect current state of the map:
Historically and geographically excellent, but pretty horrible in terms of balance. NATO consistently achieves higher unit value
than Serbia, and since antiair can at most deal 90% damage, Serbia really is helpless against a spam of 20+ bombers they
produce. As for Bosnia, starting with all properties on the map captured gives them essentially endless funds, but since
Serbian number of offmap properties was increased too that had not been an issue
Since victory is currently impossible for one side, I cannot give a better score than 7/10
