Sturm has been sighted at a beach resort. A Sturm Warning is in effect! Can you hold off Sturm and ruin his beach vacation?
Goes without saying that BH must be Sturm. Allies, please pick a non BH character.
Version 2: beefed up Sturm's starting income and shifted a few bases/properties to help Sturm.
