I think this is very HQ-rushy / damage-race-focused on the sides.

EDIT: Re-Newed to get more test games to see how likely a damage race is (as it doesn't seem to be forced)

Moved to B-rank due to STA - the 2b where P2 is ahead gets more (safe) caps and more capture chains.
