If you park the BShip on (14,16), you can secure 5 contested properties (including base + Com Tower, though the Com Tower should ideally get capped before the BShip arrives). From there, the BShip can only be hurt by BCopters that can be fended off by AAs. You also can get a BBoat/APC to resupply the BShip later on so I'd argue it's a bit too hard to dislodge (BBoat is better I guess as it can also repair Copter damage/block Copters if needed). If the BShip cannot be removed, you can only brawl over the two middle properties.
