I think Recon openers are too good here as they allow you to delay/deny the opponent's airport. P2 can also baseskip for BABA tanks on day 5 (assuming no Recons are built).

I think the income curve currently favors P1 a bit here, at least if they're willing to baseskip. They can, among other things:
- Baseskip for ABAB tanks on day 4.
- Baseskip for Copter on day 5 and still get BAAB vehicles.
- Build an extra Mech and still get BAAB tank order (which is not that bad though).

I think all this would not be possible if P2 had 8k funds instead of 9k on day 4, but unfortunately changing the map to make that possible seems quite difficult.
