Initial setup:
1) Promised myself to make a tribute to Rutherford Gaming for helping me with lots of my previous maps. Apparently not lively
enough for Live Play. Before anyone asks, no, I don't speak French.
2) Income equal at 15k day 10 w/o contested cities being accounted for
3) est. tank order w/o skips: 5AB|B|AB|AABB|AABB|AAB|AABB
