ZOMG blast to the past!! No special rules here, and the 0 MP tiles are probably a gamble more than strategic movement. Fairly certain otherwise this is balanced. I avoided mountains to cut down on nasty choke points. |

YC has the last two cities closer by so it has a big advantage. RF has the dangerous 0mp tiles closer by so it's at a disadvantage. Not a fair map. |
